The Joinville-based company Hacasa Empreendimentos and the architecture firm Königsberger Vannucchi presented an urban planning project for the city's central region at MIPIM, an architecture festival held in Cannes, France. The presentation took place on the morning of Wednesday, the 15th.

The urban planning project for a mixed-use complex (residential, commercial, and corporate) is one of four Brazilian projects selected to be presented at the festival, which takes place at the Palácio dos Festivais from March 14th to 16th.

The idea from Joinville was chosen by the curatorial team of the Brazilian Association of Architecture Offices.

The project, located in the center of Joinville, is innovative with a contemporary concept, incorporating reflecting pools, plazas, and leisure areas into residential, commercial, and corporate condominiums.

The initiative comes from Hacasa Empreendimentos, and the design is by the architecture firm Königsberger Vannucchi, which has already designed more than 10 million square meters of projects throughout the country.
